We are a service company providing an administration and office service to voluntary organisations and professional bodies. This service involves managing membership lists, invoicing members, distributing newsletters and other relevant information required by the executive of those organisations.
Membership lists and other information held on behalf of our clients will not be shared, sold or rented to any other party. Such information is held and used solely for the benefit of the client and its membership and is only used with the permission of the client and its membership.
If you are a member of any of our clients' organisations you may opt out of any membership mailing lists managed by us at any time. To do this you should log into your organisation's membership database and request removal from the membership mailing list.
